Cumbria County Council met for the last time on Thursday (23 March) after almost 50 years of service to the people of Cumbria.
On Sunday 7 June, Councillor Lawrence Fisher passed away at his home.
Residents of the county have until 13 April to register to vote in Cumbria County Council Elections on Thursday 4 May
