New Carlisle Alternative Provision School site visit event
Cumbria County Council are holding an official site visit at 10am on Wednesday 5 October for a new Alternative Provision school being built in Harraby, Carlisle. The site visit marks the arrival and successful installation of the final batch of modules which comprise the school to the site.
The new alternative provision school will provide specialist support to the growing number of young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to social, emotional, and mental health issues.
Cllr Sue Sanderson Cabinet Member for Schools and Learning will be in attendance, alongside leaders and prospective students of the new school.
